Great selection of really good icecream. Easy access of the main road too. Only downside was the employees worked very casually... so it took over 30min from when we got in line to when we finally sat down with our ice cream. They had gluten free and dairy free options too.

The ice cream is good quality and the workers are quick to scoop it, but I wouldn’t recommend ordering anything else during summer. I waited nearly an hour for nachos and a soda. Workers weren’t properly trained to serve food or drinks so I saw the struggle, but I would expect more from a place that offers such things.

So many good flavors of ice cream and only ice cream parlor that serves Hot Food as well, and stays open late too! Staff was very friendly and service was very quick. Try the waffle cone, light n crispy and has a great flavor!

The scoops are huge and the staff was super kind and welcoming! Well worth the already affordable price.

Salt water taffy! Yum! Great variety of assorted candies and home made fudge! Huge pieces that melt in your mouth! Also a delicious variety of chocolate bark.

We go here every weekend for the best ice cream in town! They have so many flavors to choose from, in all of the choices of cones. Plus many other candies and desserts, including donuts! And they have VR in the back!

So outdated! The fast track is fun and so is the slick track. But they always have cars down so only a few can drive at a time. And forget about bumper cars! They have 10 bumper cars, and only 3 working ones. For as much as they charge per ride, all the cars should be working. I still recommend the slick track, super fun!Oh, watch your money card carefully. They will tell you nothing is left on your card, when in fact there is.If they update it and keep all the cars in working order, I'd gladly give 5 stars.

My mom and I stopped here for dessert. They have one of the best ice creams we have ever had. Definitely recommended for dessert after dinner or anytime they’re open.

The service was great and the ice cream selection was outstanding. The scoops of ice cream are very big and reasonably priced. The ice cream is also of high quality. The server was very friendly and the samples were ample.

I have never had such large scoops of ice cream, I almost couldn't finish my Sunday. Plus lots of hot fudge. The ice cream was high quality Umpqua brand. The price beat any chain ice cream place. The staff was great.

Awesome assortment of ice cream flavors! The scoops of ice cream they give u are easily the size of soft balls! Fresh pretzels and donuts were an A++. The staff was really cool with letting us try a lot different ice cream flavors before we decided on which ones we wanted. It's always nice to find down to earth, chill and friendly staff at places that are new to us. Thanks peeps!

Great classic style local ice cream shop with lots going on! Attached to an arcade and next to the go carts! Can be super busy in the summer.

Same cars as when I was a kid, 20+ years ago not a single update since the 90s as far as I can tell. It's sad I want to take my children to the ocean and make great memories as I did. Unfortunately as most of the town I will not spend my money on any of the entertainment in town we will stick to the beach and fishing. I truly hope someone takes office to actually get the town booming again!!!

Great little ice cream shop. Aaron was very nice and helpful. She seems to like her job and working with customers. She made it a good experience where our family will be sure to go back.

Service wasn't friendly at all and actually made me feel like an inconvenience when ordering ice cream for my family, but ill chalk it up to maybe having a bad day on her part. Large selection of ice cream and shakes and the size is protioned out well for the price you pay. It was delicious and always a stop we make when coming to ocean shores. The bathrooms are disgusting though and when we went the female toilet had a broken tank and you had to put your hand in the back to flush it. There was a sign that directed you on how to accomplish the flush on the dangerously broken toilet. Despite the two issues, crabby employee and dangerous toilet, this place will continue to be our ice cream stop when we visit ocean shores.

I have been going here for years. I love all of the different flavors of ice cream. People are always friendly and are patient while you make up your mind. They are a little bit pricey, but you always enjoy what you get. For an added treat try the Minnie donuts. Cinnamon or Salted Caramel. You get them hot and they are delicious.

My grandson had so much fun doing virtual reality. The young gal working there has the patience of a saint. Lol

We are Pierce County residents where we have been observing social distancing. This was not the case when we visited Peppermint Parlor in Grays Harbor on Tuesday, June 16th. The requisite spots were clearly marked to observe social distancing. HOWEVER, the customers could have cared less crowding in and causing us to move away. No one seemed the least bit concerned. Management should be enforcing this state law. What a shame. i've been coming here for literally 50 years. Please be cautious during this time and folliw the rules. Thank you.

Well priced and good ice cream, they kind of stare into your soul when you order but it's still great service

Google says they close at 10pm. Rolled up at 9 on the dot and they run to lock the door as we are walking to it and shut off the open sign. The two people there didn’t even say sorry we are closed or anything. They just ran to lock the door and turned away from us as if we weren’t even there.

This place gives generous scoops and they have amazing milkshakes! They are worth the wait.

Truly the best ice cream I have had anywhere! I’ve been to places where the dairy cows were on the same property and this place tops it. Based on too many past experiences, I have this concern with “tourist” places that they just serve up what is good enough. With the Peppermint Parlor you know it will be above and beyond! I told a friend I had the best ice cream of my life in Ocean Shores. He asked, “Was it the Peppermint Parlor?” Yes. He knows, I know and you should too.

We visited the Peppermint Parlor for the first time tonight for a little Valentines treat. The ice cream was absolutely delicious. I can't wait to visit it again!

I was here for the 4th of July and it was amazing! Lexi, the girl working at the front yesterday was so sweet and very welcoming. She was very patient with my indecisive sister! The ice-cream is 10/10

Decent place, very fun to take kids to while vacationing at the beach(or otherwise). Friendly and helpful employees who didn't get upset and were patient with my kids when they A) wanted to all pay separately, and B) couldn't hear the instructions for bumper cars. Suggestion for this establishment: get some kind of system so everyone could hear the instructions. I couldn't either even though I was listening carefully because there were other people in line talking. It wouldn't cost much, and frankly I think it would make your work a little less difficult.

Amber was really nice and helpful. She made sure the order was fine and gave me one scoop which was more than enough for its size. You get a good amount of ice cream for the price.

The ice cream itself was quite good, but the topping in the Icecream didn't quite go with the flavor of the actual ice cream

This place is in the heart of Ocean beach and a wonderful place for kids and adults. The are always busy but no worries the have great customer service. One thing to be careful about is the servings are large even for the smalls, what a problem to have. The best thing I like about this Parlor is the different kind of flavors from others. I just love the Black Licorice ice cream, it is a spot on taste to die for and of course the peppermint is legendary. Enjoy the fun memories you will make here.
