Sometimes the line may appear worse than it really is when people are social distancing. We are doing our best to keep lines short. It does take us extra time to sanitize karts between rides and the Peppermint Parlor has limited people we can help at any one time, Interesting times we are in.

We use a cashless system at our attractions. What that means is we put value on a card at the start and as you visit each attraction the card gets swiped and the value taken off. Some people prefer to plan ahead and put on their card what they plan to ride and others take advantage of our value offers. One value offer is buy a $50 card and we add an extra $7.50 bonus that can be used towards any attraction. The other value card is $100 and that one we put an extra $20 bonus on the card that can be used for any attraction as well. These cards do not expire and can be used for purchasing Ice Cream etc. in the Peppermint Parlor as well. Hopefully this helps a little with understanding how we do it here at Playtime. Yes we have Black licorice Ice Cream. Will certainly turn your tongue and lips color...LOL

We have a few no gluten ice creams but if cross contamination is an issue such as having celiac disease then ALL ice creams are not safe. Except the sorbet. Because they are kept separate.
